Use of School Premises 
In an effort to streamline our policy for reservations of the fields and gyms at Parkway South Middle School, the following policies will be followed for reserving any fields, gyms, or building space for the 2011-2012 school year which includes all requests for use beginning August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2012.
1. Groups that reserved field or gym time in the previous school year can request space for the 2011-2012 school year beginning on June 7. Preference will be given to groups reserving the same space and time requests as the previous year. Requests made different from the previous year will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.
2. On June 21, any time not reserved will be opened to any other group requesting time. These requests will also be on a first come, first served basis.
3. You can fax (314-415-7213), mail or present your request form after the appropriate date listed above. No request will be accepted without the correct form. The form can be downloaded using the links below. It can also be picked up from the main office.
