Ross School strives to involve the entire community in providing an environment for students to become caring, responsible and self-confident learners. The school's atmosphere is enhanced by a staff dedicated to continual professional growth, as well as parental and student involvement.

Members of the Ross learning community view diversity as an asset and an opportunity for enrichment. Approximately 40 students participate in the English as a Second Language program.

Active student involvement is a hallmark of Ross. Students develop responsibility and a sense of membership as they participate in leadership activities such as Chess Club, Student Council, Math Club, school beautification projects, Running Club, chorus, drum circle, What's Up With Ross newspaper staff, and community service projects. In addition the Ross Ambassadors Program affords students the opportunity to select, apply for and secure jobs they would like to do for their school.

Ross School's motto, Belonging, Believing, Becoming, exemplifies the mission to engage the entire Ross community in educating a diverse student population.
