Medications at school
Parkway School District policy about medication administration at school requires a parent note for all medications, prescription or over the counter. If the medication is over the counter, a physician order must accompany the medication. All medications must be in their original container. Prescription medicatons must have their original label affixed. Click here for parental permission form and physcian authorization form.
