Parkway School District Enrollment Process
You may fill out, print, and then take the enrollment forms to the school in the attendance area in which you reside. Please make sure you bring the forms and the "Documents Needed for Registration" with you when you go to the school to enroll. Call the school(s) in your attendance area your student(s) will be attending and make an appointment for registration. Middle school and high school students should accompany parent when registering.
You and your child must reside within the district boundaries to enroll your student. Please follow the directions below if any of these situations pertain to you:
- If you have a contract on a house or a lease agreement, but you are not moved in yet, you may apply for a "Permit to Enroll" by contacting Joyce Pezold (314-415-8006).
- If the student is not living with a parent or court-appointed guardian, you may apply for a "Residency Waiver" by contacting Mary Theriot (314-415-5062).
- If your name is not on the lease agreement or you do not own your home, you will need to fill out a "Residency Affidavit" before enrolling. Please see instructions for a "Residency Affidavit" on this website.
