Summary

To enhance the Committee’s understanding of Facilities’ existing processes and procedures, a presentation of current systems and plans that satisfy their data collection and project management needs was presented. The presentation included a number of supporting documents used and/or created by Facilities in their processes and procedures. The committee also addressed unfinished business before moving on to the major topics of the meeting. Discussion revolved around the need to develop a process to capture and understand other committee’s needs and requirements. It was determined that all Goal 3 - Focus Area A Committee members are needed for the challenge. It was also determined that an ADA subcommittee is needed to research and present future ADA needs of the district. This subcommittee will be led by Kathy Muehlrath.
