Dear Parents,
As you know, the mission of the Parkway School District is to ensure all students are capable, curious, and confident learners who understand and respond to the challenges of an ever-changing world. As we work toward accomplishing our mission, character education is a key component. 8th Grade Orchestra Wins Top Honors at Recent Competition!
The 8th grade Orchestra performed at the Worlds of Fun Music Competition on Saturday, May 11, 2013. They were the first orchestra to perform on Saturday and they set the bar pretty high for the judges—and all the orchestras that followed. |
