The following covers procedures related to Roof and Wall Leaks.

Roof and Wall Leaks

Roof and wall leaks may be attributable to failures in the roofing or wall systems.  They may also be leaks from pipes or mechanical equipment.  No matter what the cause they should be reported as soon as they are noticed as an emergency work request.  If the call is made after the leak has stopped, then it will be very difficult to determine the cause of the leak until it starts again.
