Mechanical Equipment Trouble

Mechanical equipment is a term given to encompass heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. This includes such equipment as roof top units, unit ventilators, unit heaters, air handlers, variable air volume boxes, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, etc. Strange noises, leaks, excessive air flow, no air flow, area is too hot, and area is too cold should be reported as emergency work requests.
