New Teacher Induction

The Parkway New Teacher Induction program is a differentiated professional learning model designed to accomplish Goal #5 of the Strategic Plan. 

Goal #5:  Recruit, employ, develop and retain an exceptional staff dedicated to and representative of Parkway's diverse community.

New Teacher Induction Program
All new hires participate in a Benefits Seminar, Technology Boot Camp, and New Teacher Orienation.
