IDEA

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 2004 (IDEA) entitles eligible students to a free and appropriate public education, which "means special education and related services that are provided at public expense under public supervision and direction, and withour charge... and are provided in conformity with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP)."
