Internet deposits available for school lunches

It is now possible for Parkway parents to make deposits into students’ food service accounts via the Internet.  Parkway’s Food Services Department just completed the roll-out of a payment program called “e~Funds for Schools” that allows parents several payment options for school meals.  Internet deposits are available at all 28 Parkway schools.

Meal payments can be withdrawn from a checking account or charged to a credit card.  In addition, parents can be notified of low balances and sign up for automatic deposits. Payments can be made through the school or the Food Services Web sites at any time.

The Lunchbox point of sale system can be used to check a student’s balance, print purchase histories and put spending limits on accounts without signing up for the Internet deposit feature.

A Windows-based PC must be used to sign up for Lunchbox, but e~Funds will work with any type of computer.
