Two Parkway Central Students Earn Perfect Score on SAT

Parkway Central High students Intelly Lee and Julie Knight both received a “perfect” or “highest score possible” on the SAT college entrance exam. Lee and Knight each earned a 1600 on the SAT test - a feat achieved by only 939 of the 1.4 million students across the nation who took the SAT last year. Lee, who has a 4.82353 career GPA, plans to attend Harvard or Washington University in the fall. He serves as concert master in the school orchestra and recently received all-state music honors. Lee is also involved in the Model UN, several honor societies and participated in the Pfizer-Solutia Students and Teachers as Research Scientists (STARS) program this past summer. Knight has a 4.50485 career GPA and is captain of the speech and debate team. She belongs to several honor societies and is a member of the concert choir. Knight hopes to attend University of Dayton or Washington University after graduating.
