What to Do if One of Your Children is Sick
- Keep your child home from school (normally 3 to 5 days, but maybe more).
- Report the illness to your school’s office.
- Avoid letting your child have contact with other people.
- Get rest.
- Get plenty of fluids.
- Take fever reducers.
- Take Tamiflu or Relenza within the first 48 hours (if prescribed by your physician)

Keep your child home from school until he/she is fever-free for 24 hours, without the aid of fever reducing medication.
