Why the objective is important:

To improve student achievement, highly qualified and effective teachers are necessary to appropriately deliver the district curriculum, differentiate instruction, collaborate, and ensure high levels of achievement for all.

How the objective is measured:

Teachers' ratings on the evaluation system rubrics can be monitored through PEERS by domain. The percentage of teachers falling into each category is shown in bar graphs by each category: exemplary, effective, developing and ineffective by school.
