Good Citizen Award
South High student, Sophia Etling, is one of 15 students in Missouri to win a 2014 Outstanding Achievement in Citizenship Award!
Central High student, Elaine Reichert, is among only eight Missouri students honored as semifinalists in the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program for their outstanding academic achievement.
South High student, Rachel Zhang, was one of only four girls to represent Team USA at the European Girls' Mathematical Olympiad - she lead the team to a second place worldwide finish and took home a silver medal herself.
Northeast Middle student, Sam Klein, won the "Unsung Hero" award from the St. Louis Jewish Light. Sam is the CEO and president of InkCycle, which collects inkjets, laser toners, iPods, tablets and laptops from local businesses, then ships them to manufacturers out-of-state, which pay him. So far, he's made about $1500, all of which is donated to charities such as the Ronald McDonald House and Red Cross.
