Science Fair Registration

Register your project for the Parkway Science Fair.

  1. Projects by one student - Fill in all boxes below including your last and first name.
  2. Projects by 2-3 students - Enter your last names in the Last Name box with a dash between each name. Leave the First Name box blank. Complete all remaining boxes.
  3. Class Projects - Enter as teacher's last name's class in the last name box. For example if it is Mr. Smith's class enter as Smith's class.
