We are The Markers! This year, we will engage in a variety of activities to emphasize how important it is for each of us to make our personal and positive 'mark' on the world. We will begin exploring this concept by reading a poem.
Required Supplies (2012-2013):
REQUIRED MATERIALS, DAILY:
• pens-blue or black & two red
• pencils & eraser
• index cards (2-packs of 3X5) & 4 metal-rings
• highlighters (1 each : yellow, orange, blue, pink,green,purple)
• loose-leaf paper for all classes
• one 3-ring binders (1½-2 inch spine=for team/electives)
• 1 set 8-tab dividers
• spiral notebooks (one 5-subject & one of any size)
• three MEADE composition notebooks-standard size
• three pocket folders
• two pack Post-It notes ( standard-size)
• one gallon-sized Ziploc bag
• 2 boxes colored pencils, 4 glue sticks
• SCIENTIFIC calculator - a type of TI-34 multiview is preferred (show teacher if already own one)
ADDITIONALLY:
• computer flash drive & head phones
• materials to cover books
• assignment notebook (must obtain via PCMS school store)
• optional: mini hole punch & pencil sharpener &hole reinforcers
