About Mrs. Otto

 

 

I have been teaching at Parkway Central Middle School for the past 16 years, and received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.   I achieved a Master’s Degree from Webster University. For the past 10 years, I have been lucky enough to combine my passion for teaching with the love of the outdoors by being the  camp (outdoor school)  director for the team.  

 

I recently got married and am now the proud “bonus” mom of 2 amazing kids-Emma who is 9 years old, and Jacob who is now 7 years old. My husband also shares my passion for teaching and teaches English at Mineral Area College. We enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities, from canoeing,  hiking, camping, playing tennis and volleyball. I also  love to escape with a good book or visit a place I’ve never been before.
