Dear PCH Community,

Happy New Year!  In the weeks following Thanksgiving, a friend frequently quotes a poet who offers, “Be with those who help your being.”  I hope all of you were able to spend time with your student and enjoy the change of pace offered by the winter break.  For me, time was spent with family and friends, especially my daughters, Emily and Sophie.  Similar to many students, I was ready and excited to start second semester.

In addition to time with family and friends, the winter break offers an invaluable opportunity for reflection.  The last six months have enriched my life professionally and personally; I am truly honored to serve as the Principal of Central High.  This is a remarkable community comprised of committed teachers and staff, supportive parents, and endlessly talented students.  Thank you for your contributions.
